A.R. Rahman’s statement confirms that there is “No place for talent in the Bollywood”
Earlier, AR Rahman said in an interview that there is a whole gang working against me.
He thinks this gang is spreading false rumors to harm him.
If a world acclaimed composer, such as A R Rahman, considers it difficult to find work in Bollywood then there is no chance for newcomers talented artists in the industry with no background.
Ever wonder why Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman has done fewer Bollywood movies over the years?
This question comes in the mind of every music lover and fan of A.R.Rahman. Although he has a huge fan following even in the Hindi belt of the nation still he has composed only a few Hindi songs over the years.
According to Rahman, there are certain people within the Hindi movie industry who have constantly been spreading rumors about him, denting his chances of getting good work.
When Rahman was asked why he does work more frequently in Tamil cinema than in Hindi films, during an interaction on the FM station Radio Mirchi.
Rahman said “I don’t say no to good movies, but I think there is a gang, which, due to misunderstandings, is spreading some false rumors.
He further said that when he gave four songs in two days, Mukesh Chhabra, director of “Dil Bechara”, told him that he was advised not to go to him (Rahman).
He then realized and understood why he is doing less (work in Hindi films) and why the good movies are not coming to me”.
He expressed his disappointments that he is doing dark movies, because there is a whole gang working against him, without them knowing that they are doing harm.”
Rahman's latest score is for "Dil Bechara", the late Sushant Singh Rajput's last film that was released on OTT this Friday. The film is the directorial debut of director Mukesh Chhabra which has a record-breaking opening on Disney + Hotstar. Songs of films are too good to miss.
Ever since the sad demise of a versatile and talented young actor, Sushant Singh Rajput debate goes thereon that there exists a Bollywood Mafia who controls the whole Bollywood. Bollywood is split over this issue.
Superstar Kangana Ranaut has openly accused Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt, Aditya Chopra, and Salman Khan as mafia for promoting nepotism in the industry. She further said that Sushant was a victim of nepotism and B-mafia and was slowly forced to commit suicide. Nepotism prevents talented artists from getting good films in the industry. This Bollywood mafia also forms a nexus with Bollywood magazines to tarnish the image of individuals.
The talented actor and director (Kangana) asserted that the Mumbai Police should summon Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, and Mahesh Bhatt in the case yet. She went on to say that if whatever she has said in the SSR death case thus far, is somehow found false or if she has said anything that can’t be proven, she will return her Padma Shri honor to the government. As per the latest update, Kangana has been summoned by Mumbai Police to record her statement.
