Another Shocking incident of gangrape in Bihar’s Buxar! Read to know more.

On Sunday, another shocking incident was revealed in Bihar’s Buxar district where a woman has been allegedly gang-raped and thrown in a river with her 5-year-old kid. However, the locals of the place managed to save her but couldn't save her child.
The incident took place when the woman and her child were going to the bank in Ojha Barao village in the Buxar district of Bihar. The accused forcibly took them to a hidden place and raped her. After that, they tied mother-son together and threw them into a river. When she cried for help, locals rushed there and rescued her but couldn't save her child. The Police have recorded the statement of the woman and her husband. She stated that when she and her child were on the way to the bank, they both were surrounded by some men and after that, they were kidnapped. She was then gang-raped and thrown in a river. The child died of drowning and the woman has been admitted to a hospital in the district, about 135 km from Patna.
“There were seven accused, only two of them have been identified and one has been arrested so far. The medical examination of the woman has been done and the body of the child has been sent to the hospital for the Postmortem. An FIR has also been filed against the seven accused. We are confirming the other details related to the case”, the Police officer KK Singh said.
