Congress should Attack BJP leaders with surgical strikes, not its own Member: Kapil Sibal

Kapil Sibal as a congress leader, the key member of 23 groups has sought an urgent organizational overtake, on Thursday told it was "unfortunate" that party was targeting its own member Jitin Prasada when it was required to target the ruling Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) with"surgical strikes". Prasada, a former union minister, was also among the petitioner to letter that seek an active with full-time party president with other changes. He is also a special invitee to Congress Working Committee, where 23 letter says were sniffed on Monday with various issues concerning their communication including the timing.
“Uttar Pradesh has chosen Jitin Prasada officially. Congress always seek ways to target BJP with surgical strikes instead of wasting its energy by targeting its own”, Sibal said on Twitter. Responding to it, another Congress leader, Manish Tewari who was also a witness to the letter, tweeted a single word “Prescient”. While Prasada didn’t make any comment, he retweeted the posts of Sibal and Tewari.
The Lakhimpur Kheri District magistrate declared a decision demanding to take action against Prasada, an Uttar Pradesh leader has accused his family of being against the Gandhi family.
Jitendra Prasada, the father of Jitin Prasada, had also failed contested for the post of president in congress against Sonia Gandhi in the past, the District Congress Committee said. The charge was made days after the congress working committee urged Sonia Gandhi to continue as party president and bring about organizational changes.
