Find out how a traffic cop was assaulted by a woman!

In Mumbai a surprising incident has been reported where a traffic cop was assaulted by a woman. A video of the incident has surfaced on the social media platform where the assault and the cop can be clearly seen. She assaulted the cop after he stopped her friend for driving without a helmet. She said that the constable misbehaved with her. The incident took place on Sunday in south Mumbai.
The accused has been identified as Sadvika Ramakant Tiwari. She claimed that the cop had abused and misbehaved with her but the Police stated that he addressed her with respect as ‘madam’. On Saturday she was riding with her friend, who has been identified as Mohsin Shaikh. The both were at the Kalbadevi traffic division at the Surti Hotel junction when the cop, Eknath porte stopped them. Eknath asked Shaikh to pay a fine as he was riding without a helmet. So he started arguing with the cop and when the argument turned aggressive she intervened into the matter.
She held the cop by his uniform and assaulted him. He took help of a female cop to stop her. In the video she stated that the cop misbehaved with her but he continuously said that he didn't do so. After hearing both sides, the Police registered a case under section 353, 332, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Later both the accused were handed over to LT Marg Police. The cop was appreciated by Yashasvi Yadav, joint commissioner of police (traffic) Porte for maintaining his dignity during the incident.
