Jio 5G Smartphones may cost you as low as Rs 2,500!

According to a recent strong leak, it is almost official that Jio is coming up with its affordable 4G and 5G smartphones by the end of 2020 or at the beginning of 2021.

With the tag line of “2G Mukt Bharat” Jio Corporation may come up with their affordable 4G and 5G smartphones whose price could be as low as Rs 2,500. Jio has been the company that brought the Internet Revolution in a large country like India in the year 2016 by providing free unlimited internet and calling facilities. They brought the attention of both youth as well as old aged people towards the usage of the Internet and exploring the Internet in India.

Similarly, as soon as the year 2020 is coming to an end, the rumor and speculations for 5G networks in India are increasing at a faster rate. Jio who had the biggest role in bringing up 4G Network in India has started again working hard to make a platform for all the users over India to come forward to use the new technology of 5G Network at a cheaper rate. Earlier there were speculations about Jio bringing up their affordable 4G smartphones for the users all over India who have still not overcome the 2G Network. According to the statistical data, there are over 20 to 30 Crore people present in India who are still using 2G Network with their featured phone.

Keeping this in mind, Jio is coming up with their affordable 4G and 5G smartphones which may force these populations to switch to the 4G or 5G network directly. Jio also may bring welcome offers along with smartphones where users will be granted extra data with extra service at a minimal price. Keeping in mind with the current scenario, the cheapest 5G smartphone that is available in the Indian Market is the One Plus Nord which costs around Rs 25,000. It will be interesting to see how Jio manages to keep the expenses with their smartphones with the 10% cost of the current 5G smartphone.
