Leader of North Korea Kim Jong-un in a coma as power passes to Kim Yo-Jong.

A former aide of South Korea’s late president Kim Dae-Jung, Chang Song-min claimed that the North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un is in a coma and his sister Kim Yo-jong will be exercising de facto second in command with assigning her for managing national and international matters. Chang claimed that he has obtained the information from a source in China. He restated his earlier claims that Kim Jon-un is bedridden and unable to rule. He also said that the releases by the North Korean media of Kim Jong-un in recent months were fake.
On Parliament's Intelligence Committee, an opposition party Leader Ha Tae-Keung told reporters that Kim was helping to run the regime with assigned authority from her brother. According to ha, more control on the economic and military policy has also been authorized to various other senior officials. Even though, perhaps to reduce the strain at a lower level on Kim Jong-un as well as help him avoid accusation for any failures.
Spy agency of South Korea told the country's political leaders that the North Korean leader is perceived to have adopted assigning the responsibility and authority to his most trusted aides. Still, The National Intelligence Agency said that the change is not associated with any of major health issues. This year, fewer public appearances by Kim Jong-Un rumoured of his death. By some speculation failed heart surgery either left him bedridden or dead. Although, on 2nd May he was seen at the opening of a fertilizer factory in Suchon near the North Korea's capital, Pyongyang.
