This time matter is about the future of the NEET and JEE aspiring students where on one hand Delhi Government proposes to cancel the exam but LG refused the proposal. This all started when Delhi's Deputy chief minister expressed his concern for student's health and requested to cancel these exams. Later Kailash Gahlot, a minister in Delhi government's cabinet expressed a proposal to cancel JEE and NEET exams which was accepted by the CM then this proposal was sent to LG for approval, but he didn't give approval to the proposal which shows that he allows taking exams during this pandemic.
Our Deputy Chief Minister Maneesh Sisodiya also wrote a letter to education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal claiming that central government is playing with lives of lakhs of students by conducting the exam. He suggested that India can also do like other countries who are accepting and implementing new rules for admissions and education. After ,the court's approval the exams are expected to happen in the month of September. Some states are still filing reviewing petition for this case.
