With opinions and comments hurling around B-town every day since the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, the movie mafia and its alleged preachers have also been questioned time and again.
Launching a direct attack, Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut called contemporary Taapsee Pannu a ‘B-grade actress’ and a chaploos of the movie mafia. After maintaining silence over the same, Ms. Pannu has now said that she was not interested in using someone’s death for personal vendetta or throw allegations around the place.
The Pink actress also said that she feels the media trials on the SSR death case are deluding viewers and presenting one-sided facts. She accused the media of promoting a fixed narrative and delivering a verdict even before the judicial authorities could reach a decision.
Besides Ms. Pannu, actresses Swara Bhaskar and Hina Khan have also lashed out at the media trials against Rhea Chakraborty, a prime suspect in the SSR death case, and requested people to have faith in the country’s judiciary.
