4 very well known and successful actresses were summoned by the NCB ( Narcotics Control Bureau ). The actresses who were believed to be involved in the drug chain were Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, and Shraddha Kapoor.
On Friday, Deepika Padukone came back from Goa where she was in the middle of shooting due to the NCB questioning in the drugs probe. According to reports, Deepika Padukone wanted her husband Ranveer Singh to be with her during the questioning since she suffers from anxiety but any such request was denied. The actress was said to have broken down thrice during the questioning but that did not bring any difference in how the actress was questioned.
Sara Ali Khan was questioned for five long hours where she admitted to having consumed cigarettes but no drugs that were against the law. Rhea Chakraborty who claimed that Sara Ali Khan introduced her to illegal drugs has not got any important answer from Sara Ali Khan. Shraddha Kapoor was questioned for 6 hours but she refused to have any relations with drugs and the consumers.
Rakul Preet Singh was questioned by NCB along with Jaya Saha and Karishma Prakash who are an important part of the KWAN Talent Management Agency. The actress has requested that the media does not publish or broadcast any news about her questioning by the NCB.
