These four nations with a common enemy hold a Quad meet!

On 6th October Australia, India, Japan, and the U.S. held Quadrilateral dialogues in Tokyo, with China and its belligerence being the fulcrum of the meeting.
With the growing hostility of China in the Indo-Pacific region and being the host country of a pandemic that has left the global trade in ruins the Foreign Ministers of the four major countries with an avid interest in the region and common animosity with the belligerent nation held a meeting to counter its actions. The meeting also involved dialogues regarding the situation of the rising tensions in Taiwan, dictatorship and human rights dissent of North Korea, the East China Sea and, the South China Sea, countering misinformation and the need for advanced infrastructure.
One of the important issues discussed was the consequences faced by the global supply chain due to the pandemic. India and Japan took the initiative to diversify the global supply chain since China is the major leading component of the chain. Dialogues were also held expressing concern about the disrespect of China towards international laws. And the U.S.A and China venturing towards a Cold war of sorts, The US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo outright lashed at China and blamed the governing regime of exploitation, corruption, and coercion and also held the country for the pandemic.
On a positive note, Japan's Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegi to celebrate his birthday at the Quad meeting’s dinner party with a crafty cake on Wednesday.
