The Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has always been appreciated solely due to his action sequences and out-of-the-box films. The actor, who is currently 58 years old, is still as fit as 20.
On the 12th July 2018, Tom Cruise's MI-6 released when he surprised the fans with a bit too much action and adrenaline rush. MI-6 was the highest-grossing film in the franchise and Cruise's career. Cruise got appreciated the most because of the Halo Jump and his helicopter fight.
It was confirmed back in 2018 that the actor was to reunite with director Doug Liman, who has worked with Cruise in American Made and Edge of Tomorrow and is now planning to film in space with Elon Musk's SpaceX in collaboration with NASA. The space film that has not been given a title will be the first film to be filmed in space. The trip to space has been scheduled for 2021. The Space Shuttle Almanac has confirmed that the Axiom Space Station with Michael López-Alegría as the pilot will set off in October 2021 with actor Tom Cruise and director Doug Liman. It has also been said that there is one seat free for another member from the crew of the upcoming space film.
The actor has also confirmed that Top Gun 2, Mission Impossible 7, and 8 are on their way. The Top Gun 2: Maverick is expected to arrive by 2021. The shooting of MI 7 and 8 are midway. With the release of MI 7 and 8, the actor who now is 58 will turn 60 and will also complete half a century of playing Ethan Hunt from Mission Impossible. Tom Cruise has never let his fans down for all the years he has been working as an actor.
