World’s cheapest electronic bike - Detel Easy, only at 19,999 INR
Detel India is a Delhi-based start-up company which was established in 2017. It had introduced the cheapest mobile phone at the price of 299 INR. Now, Detel India has introduced the world’s cheapest electric two-wheeler in the Indian market. The name of the bike is Detel Easy and the company claims that it is the most economical means of electric transport. The price of this bike will be just 19,999 INR. The company claims that the user will have to spend only 20 paise per kilometre i.e., 1 rupee for 5 kilometres if they travel by this bike. There are 3 colour options in which Detel Easy is available – Pearl White, Metallic Red and Jet Black.
Detel Easy is a revolution in the Indian market. It is an extremely cheap means of transport and can be bought from the company’s official website. Its battery requires 7-8 hours to charge fully. Once fully charged, the bike can go till 60 kilometres without the need of charging again. The top speed of this bike is 25 km/h. It has a 250 W electric motor and 48 V 12 A LifePO4 battery. It has a non-removable battery situated at the base of the vehicle for a better balance. It is equipped with the advanced drum brake system. It weighs 56 kg and comes with a 1-year warranty. The battery comes with a 3-year warranty. The company is gifting helmet to the buyers of Detel Easy.
The government of Delhi has decided to give subsidy on the purchase of electric vehicles to promote their use.
